Personal Training Packages

Revival Health and Fitness provides mobile personal training services to the New York region. In your home, office, nearby park or any setting of your choice at whatever time is best for you. Eliminating the travel time of going to a gym and the expense of a membership. All sessions include one-on-one training, assessments, equipment and personalized workout programs. Each session is 60 minutes, including a 10-minute cool-down and stretch.
